The return costs are those incurred to return one or more items to Caleffi. If you have thought back to your purchase you can return one or more items of the order, as long as they are perfectly intact, contact us by email within 14 days of purchase. In this case, it will be your responsibility to contact a courier to send the order and the return costs will be at your expense. If you wish to return an item because it is defective or different from the one ordered, Caleffi will pay the return expenses by sending you a courier.
